All materials and guidance supplied. Just bring your mobile phone for taking casual photos.
We’ll meet outside the famous Eton College and stroll down one of England’s most charming high streets - photographing pretty doorways, wonky rooflines and colourful shopfronts along the way.
Then we’ll settle into Enigma Cafe with coffee and cake, where I’ll show you how to turn your photos into loose, colourful sketches. I promise you’ll be able to do it.
This is a small, quiet class. A Sunday morning that nourishes. Absolutely no experience needed. Paints, pens and paper will be supplied.
Think you “can’t draw” or “can’t paint”?
Then you’re my favourite type of person! You’re absolutely going to be able to do this and I’m going to really enjoy showing you how. Some other Art classes ask you to copy one big showpiece. At Art Social you’ll discover simple ways to make several beautiful creations and then go home with the confidence to make even more.

The workshop will start and end exactly at the time arranged. If you’re late, you’ll be warmly welcomed but you might need to phone me to locate us.
Eats and drinks
The delicious home-made cakes and buns are legendary and the staff are laid-back and friendly. Please note that menu items are not included in your ticket but are available to purchase at the counter. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.
Cancellations
Can’t make it? Aww shame! As this is a small business, I’m afraid no refunds can be given – but any friends of yours can use the ticket that you’ve paid for. Please notify me as soon as possible if you’re not coming or plan to send in a sub.
What to bring and wear
Everything will be provided. Just bring your lovely self, preferably in something you don’t mind getting paint on, just in case.

Our meeting point is outside Eton College Chapel where Keats Lane meets the High Street.

Parking
There is kerbside parking for a fee and Pay & Display car parks in Eton. If you don’t like paying but love walking, you might grab a free spot in the road as you approach Eton on the Slough Road.
Photography
Photographs will be taken during Art Socials for promotional purposes, including use on the website, social media channels and marketing materials. By attending, you consent to being photographed unless you notify me in advance (or on the day) that you would prefer not to appear in any images using the email address ArtSocialMaidenhead@gmail.co.uk.
