PART ONE: ink on watercolour
The ideal exercise for art enthusiasts and botanists alike: Draw -along with me and recreate these lush houseplants and succulents on textured watercolour paper. Discover the joy of making bright watercolor brushstrokes and bringing each plant to life with bold marker details and outlines.
Unlike the dried out, yellow-leaved vegetation in and around your home, these vibrant paintings will remain green and verdant forevermore!
This dynamic exercise will inspire you to draw more plants in your own time: You'll soon be reaching for your sketchbook every time you spot a weed emerging from your patio slabs.
Add your masterpiece to your Art Journal, frame it for your potting shed wall or mount it to card for someone special.
PART TWO: Bold and bright acrylics
Once we've gathered our wits and freshened our drinks (optional), elevate your art portfolio AND your living space with this Folk Art stunner!
Painted with acrylics and metallics on a pre-painted chipboard-backing-painstakingly-superglued-to-it's-frame, take this beauty home and your artistic credentials will never be in doubt.
Follow my easy step-by-step instructions as I paint at the head of the table or go rogue using the finished sample as a guide. I'll have hand-made stencils available to ensure near-perfect symmetry for the vase but the more liberated you are with the glorious greenery the better.
Wow friends and family with this on your wall - or it'll make a gorgeous gift IF you can bear to give it away.

Arrive 10 mins early to sign in and place any bar orders so the class can kick off promptly at the start time.
Food and drink
Please note that refreshments are not included in your ticket but are available to purchase at the bar. Outside food and drinks are not allowed.

Cancellations
Can't make it? Aww shame! No refunds are given but a friend of yours can use any ticket that has been paid for. Please notify me as soon as possible if you're not coming or plan to send in a sub.
What to bring and wear
Everything will be provided. Just bring your lovely self, preferably in something you don't mind getting paint on. Just in case.
